Apple Sour Cream Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 medium cooking apples, thinly sliced
    2 c. flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine nuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Set aside.
    Grease a spring-form tube pan (9-inch).
    In a large bowl, beat butter with 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add flour and all remaining ingredients.
    Beat at low speed until blended and raise beating speed to medium and beat 3 minutes.
    Spread half of the batter in tube pan; sprinkle 1/3 of nut mixture over it and then spread all apple slices over it.
    Spread evenly over the apples the remaining batter and then the nut mixture.
    Bake for 65 to 70 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pan.
