Rhubarb-Strawberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen rhubarb
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
    20 oz. frozen, sliced strawberries
    20 oz. can unsweetened, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Boil rhubarb in water and sugar, stirring until soft.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Add strawberries and crushed pineapple.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill at least eight hours.
    Serve with fish or meat.
    Serves 6 to 8.
