Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. lemon juice
2 deep-dish pie shells
Preparation

Bake pie shells.
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Beat egg yolks in medium size pot and add sugar and flour.
Mix well and add milk, water and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add margarine and mix real good. Pour into pie shells.
Make meringue and spread over pies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
