Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini (do not remove peel), grated
    1 medium onion, grated or chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    4 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. flour (3/4 c. for fritters)
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Drop by well-rounded tablespoonfuls into small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    (Do about 4 or 5 at a time.)
    Brown on both sides.
    Remove to paper towel-lined serving dish.
    Can be kept warm in a 200\u00b0 oven until all are ready.
