Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg cornbread mix (bake as pkg directions)
    1 c purple onion chopped
    1/2 c bell pepper diced
    1 c tomatoes diced
    1 c crumbled crisp bacon or bac-os
    1/2 c mayo
    1/2 c sweet pickle juice
    1 small jar pimentoes drained
    2 c canned pinto beans, drained
Preparation
    Crumble cornbread, combine tomatoes, pepper, onions, pimentos & beans & toss.
    Combine mayo & pickle juice and stir well.
    Layer 1/2 of each of bread, tomato mix, mayo, mix and repeat in a large bowl until you
    have layered all of it. Then wait for the compliments.
