Cider Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. apple juice
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring
    all
    ingredients
    to
    a\tboil
    and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove
    cinnamon sticks and freeze in shallow trays.
    When
    ready to serve, remove from freezer for about 10 minutes and
    break into pieces.
    Serve in sherbet dishes as an appetizer.\tServes 8 to 10.
