Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. zucchini, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and zucchini in butter until limp.
    Put in blender and blend.
    Add curry powder, broth, evaporated milk and salt and pepper; stir.
    Serve hot or cold.
