Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat well.
Sift salt, soda and cinnamon 3 times.
Put pecans and apples in dry mixture. Mix with egg mixture.
Bake in floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
