Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat four
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour with soda and salt.
    Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas and blend thoroughly.
    Combine milk and lemon juice.
    Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and milk. Blend well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes, until bread springs back when lightly touched in center.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on wire rack.
