Christmas Party Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg. (.4 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix (dry)
    1/2 c. minced sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    4-5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
    Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Yield: 15-20 servings, or only 5 servings if you love them like my family does!
