Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    In 1 bowl, sift flour; add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    In second bowl, cream shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients to this mixture alternately with water just enough to mix.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
