Canadian-Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 pork chops
seasoned salt
black pepper
garlic powder
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cold water
Preparation

Season pork chops to taste (I like lots of garlic powder on chops).
Place in baking pan.
Add onion and pour mushroom soup plus 1 can of cold water over chops.
Mix liquid well and cover chops completely.
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0, until tender and well done (approximately 65 to 75 minutes). Turn once and uncover 10 minutes before it is finished to get brown color.
