Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken, coarse ground in meat processor
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 c. water
    5 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    In kettle, saute onion and garlic in oil until limp.
    Add ground chicken and braise.
    Add water and tomato sauce.
    Add remaining dry ingredients.
    Mix well, cover and simmer 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
