No Bake Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt small amount of butter or margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chop cabbage and put in bottom of casserole.
    Brown beef and onion and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
    Better if baked longer at lower heat.
