Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/2 lb. sugar
    1/5 rum
    1 qt. milk
    1 qt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Beat in sugar until mixture is thick.
    Stir in milk and rum.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Pour into punch bowl.
    Fold in heavy cream, stiffly whipped.
    Chill for one hour. Dust with nutmeg.
    Serves 20.
