Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 large red apples, diced
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. toasted pecans
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Sprinkle orange juice over apples.
    Toss to cover well and drain.
    Combine all other ingredients except lettuce.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
