Cabbage Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, sliced
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. Mozzarella, thinly sliced
    1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and drain.
    Add onion, garlic and mushrooms and saute.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, place a layer of sliced cabbage, then meat and sauce and a layer of cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, removing foil last 1/2 hour.
    Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 8.
