Marinated Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (bite size flowerets)
6 carrots, cut in strips (1 to 1 1/2-inch each)
6 stems celery, sliced in 1-inch cuts
2 bell peppers, cut into small squares
medium jar green salad olives, cut up (optional)
