Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. dehydrated onion or 1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (approximately) scalded milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Mix together, adding cheese last.
Put into a greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
