Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. basil
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
10 oz. lasagne noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Preparation

Brown sausage and ground beef.
Drain and add garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, mushrooms, tomato paste, red peppers, chili powder, onion and bell pepper.
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
Cook noodles in salted water.
Set aside.
Mix cottage cheese, pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs and salt.
Place half cooked noodles in large shallow baking dish.
Spread half cheese mixture, half Mozzarella cheese and half meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
