Easy Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
    2 lb. medium mushrooms
    grated peel of 1/2 lemon
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In
    large
    saucepan,
    combine
    the Italian dressing and mushrooms.\tBring
    to
    a
    boil.
    Cook,
    uncovered,\tfor 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add lemon peel and lemon juice. Cover
    and chill for 4 hours or more.
    Drain.
    Stir parsley in the mushrooms.\tServe as an appetizer with toothpicks.
