Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    2 cans tomato sauce with 1/2 can water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 bottle catsup
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 onion, chopped
    garlic salt
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, then onion.
    Put in tomato sauce with sugar, catsup, green pepper, garlic salt, pepper and salt.
    Simmer slowly 1/2 hour.
    Add water and cook another 1/2 hour.
    Put in carrots and celery and cook 1 hour.
    Add kidney beans.
