Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 bag (16 to 20 oz.) frozen carrots
1 stick oleo
1 c. crushed cornflakes
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil onions and carrots until tender.
Melt oleo.
Mix with cornflakes.
Mix cheese with carrots and onions.
Put in greased casserole.
Sprinkle cornflake mixture on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes.
