Green Chili Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
10 drops Tabasco
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
7 oz. can diced green chilies
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
In blender, whirl eggs, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, Tabasco and flour.
Pour into a large bowl.
Add cheese, chilies and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into appetizer size squares.
Serve warm or cold.
Keeps 3 to 4 days in refrigerator.
Makes 60 to 70 appetizers.
