6 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran flakes (6 c.)
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix bran flakes, soda, salt and flour in a very large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Store covered in the refrigerator and use as needed, up to 6 weeks.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
