Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix together first 9 ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over chicken mixture and top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
