Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter and cracker crumbs, and put into a 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle combined cracker crumbs and butter over top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
