Potato Salad - Mustard Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    2 celery stalks
    2 to 3 eggs (hard boiled)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Have cooked potatoes cooled, cubed and mixed with chopped celery and hard-boiled eggs before making the dressing.
