Rhubarb Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. rhubarb, diced
1 pt. vinegar
1 qt. onion, chopped fine
2 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
-
Cook vinegar and rhubarb 20 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly about 1 hour.
Bottle and seal. Makes about 4 quarts.
