Lemon Bread(Makes 3 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo, softened
4 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. milk
3 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. finely chopped nuts*
grated peel of 2 lemons (squeeze and retain juice)
4 stiffly beaten egg whites

*Nuts should be very fine, because the bread does not cut well if the nuts are too large pieces.
