Traditional Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced rye bread
sliced Swiss cheese
canned sauerkraut, heated
corned beef, sliced thin
Russian dressing
sliced onions, optional
Preparation

In medium skillet melt small amount of margarine.
Layer corned beef and cheese on bread and toast in skillet until browned.
Add generous helping of kraut, Russian dressing and onions, if desired. Enjoy!
