Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar. Blend egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
