Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 pt. oysters
1 c. okra
1 c. shrimp
1 c. dark crab meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 small or medium onions, minced
6 c. water
6 Tbsp. bacon drippings
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Saute bacon drippings, flour, onions and garlic until onions are transparent. Add shrimp, okra, water and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until done. Serve over rice.
