Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell (prick and bake)
2 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. cooked white chicken, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
Preparation
-
Layer cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and cooked chicken in baked pie shell.
Mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
Pour over layered cheese and chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
