Ham And Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    16 oz. frozen peas, potatoes and carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 4-quart pan over medium heat, melt margarine.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened and vegetables are tender. Makes 5 (1 1/4 cup) servings.
