Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, drained well
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins and/or 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fill pans about 1/2 to 3/4 full and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
