Canned Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. corn
    1/4 c. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. acid
    water (to make plenty of juice)
Preparation
    Bring to boil the corn, salt, sugar and water, then add acid. Cook 20 minutes and put in jars and seal.
    Rinse well before using.
    Tastes good and crisp.
