Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. milk
1 thin slice onion
Preparation

Put cabbage and carrots into a large bowl.
Place mayonnaise, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, cayenne, Tabasco, milk, onion and green pepper into blender.
Blend on high until vegetables are pureed.
Pour into bowl with cabbage and carrots.
Mix thoroughly. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
