Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
3 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients; set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in order.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Add sliced apples and nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
