Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. margarine
    3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. light or dark syrup
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    9 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in sugar and salt; bring to a boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda.
    Pour over corn and put in shallow pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Store in sealed container.
