Mock Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can (1 lb.) chow mein or chow suey vegetables (drained)
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef in large skillet, drain off fat. Stir in vegetables, rice, soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Pour into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until rice is tender. Top with noodles and bake two minutes longer. Makes 6-8 servings.
