Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. whole milk, scalded
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    vanilla
    nutmeg
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar and salt, then add the scalded milk.
    Last, add the vanilla.
    Pour into a pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until a table knife comes out clean.
    (Don't let the pie bubble.)
