Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery (optional)
    3/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    2 small cans tiny shrimp
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1 1/4 cups of hot water.
    Add to soup and heat to boiling in pan.
    Add 2 packages of cream cheese; mix and cool slightly.
    Beat in mixer until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onions and shrimp.
    Pour into mold and chill until set. Enjoy!
