My Mother'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
    Add pumpkin and eggs.
    Stir together and add milk; stir until blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
