Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 skinned, boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into thirds.
Marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour in yogurt mixture.
Roll in crumbs.
Fry in salad oil.
Serve with lemon wedges.
