Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
onion to taste
1 c. grated Colby cheese
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Prepare vegetables in a salad bowl.
Cover with a layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon.
Parmesan cheese may be put on top, if desired.
Refrigerate overnight.
Toss together before serving.
