Tofu Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. firm tofu, cubed
    1 packet Sazon seasoning
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. green bell pepper
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. carrot
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle Sazon seasoning over cubed tofu.
    Saute vegetables in oil.
    Cook for 10 minutes or until done.
    Add tofu and soy sauce. Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 2.
