1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
