Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth or use 1 can homemade stock (chicken)
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or oleo, melted
3 boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Place chicken in lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Blend soup with broth and eggs.
Pour over chicken.
Combine flour, buttermilk and oleo or butter.
Mix well.
Spoon over chicken, spreading evenly; do not stir.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until crust rises to top and is golden brown.
