Waldorf Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 c. lite mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. whipped topping
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 apples, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Transfer to bowl; cover and chill.
    Combine mayonnaise and sugar.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Add celery, apples, walnuts and raisins to chilled rice. Fold in topping mixture.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
